添加用户作为子账户
转到卖家中心的 My Account > Account Settings > User Management
- 您可以通过顶部的过滤栏搜索已添加的用户。可以基于国家、角色、状态和电子邮件地址进行搜索。
- 单击“Create New（新建）”
- 选择要添加的用户角色
- 选择运营国家/地区，您要添加的子账户是否应有权访问所有国家/地区或仅访问特定国家/地区。（这仅适用于多区域商店）
- 输入您要添加的新用户的电子邮件地址
- 选择默认语言然后单击 submit（提交）。
- 会弹出验证通知，告知系统已向相应邮箱发送激活邮件，用户需在120小时内激活账号，激活后才能访问卖家中心账号。
- 如果您返回到用户管理页面，您可以看到刚刚添加的用户及其激活状态。
- 您还可以在用户帐户激活后随时编辑用户的角色。
常见问题解答
1、我可以直接给子账户分配权限吗？
不可以，您只能将角色分配给子账户。
子账户将拥有所分配角色下的所有权限。
2、谁可以分配和自定义角色？
只有店主账号用户可以分配和自定义角色。
3、为什么我不能编辑/创建产品/订单等？
由于每个角色的权限被细化并拆分为查看和编辑，因此某些角色可能会失去权限。
例如，具有客服人员角色的子账户可能会发现他们突然失去了编辑产品/订单的权限。您可以要求账户所有者为子账户添加其他具有权限的角色。账户所有者也可以创建新角色并将其分配给子账户。
